Furnace Fixers, Inc. was incorporated as a manufacturer of stress relief ovens in 1987. Since then, our main focus has been manufacturing small to medium sized, portable conveyor ovens, mainly for use in cell operations in the spring manufacturing industry. In the past few years, we have branched out to larger conveyor ovens, batch ovens, conveyors, and a unique color coating system.
Standard ovens range in size from 3” to 24” wide conveyors, with heating chambers from 29” to 144” long. We have also manufactured stationary conveyor ovens of up to
36" wide by 25 feet long and conveyors up to 16' wide.
Lately, we have teamed up with The Egyptian Lacquer Company to furnish coating systems, which feature a unique color application. Thermadep(sm) is applied to metallic products by first heating them, such as in a stress relieving operation, and then dipping them in the Thermadep(sm) solution.
Thermadep(sm) is a water-borne, polymeric solution, which bonds to the surface of the heated product. It has a very low solvent content, and is very environmentally friendly. Thermadep is available in most any color, and provides humidity, and some salt spray resistance.
We call this our Simplecoat system. Simplecoat systems are available in sizes from 6” wide to 72” wide, or even larger. Tanks hold anywhere from 20 gallons to 2000 gallons. We are also developing a batch coating system for use with smaller quantities.
A natural accessory to both heat treating, and coating machinery is conveyor systems. Furnace Fixers manufactures both flat, and incline conveyors with either mesh, or flat wire belting.
Furnace Fixers, Inc. is a family owned company. We manufacture all our products at our one facility in Schaumburg, IL. All our products use locally available, off-the-shelf parts, and we back all our products with a solid, 2-year warranty.
