Straight Conveyors
Our incline conveyors are the straight design only. The belts are 18 ga. Steel, chain drive. Flights are welded to the belt, 12” on center. Belt speed is fully adjustable from 0 to 20 feet per minute.
Conveyors range in size from 6” to 48” wide depending on the application. Extra costs will be added for each additional foot of conveyor needed above our standard models.
• 6” wide by 48” long conveyor.
• 12” wide by 60” long conveyor.
Again, these standard conveyors are straight type only. Any incline up to 45°, we also make Goose Neck type conveyors (see Custom Projects). Furnace Fixers, Inc. also manufactures mesh belt conveyors with flights. Give us a call on your most demanding custom applications.

We now manufacture incline conveyors, specifically to get your product from the end of our conveyor ovens up, and into larger containers, such as 55-gallon drums.
These units all plug directly into a 120VAC outlet. Belt speed is adjustable. All units come with an emergency stop switch and casters. The load chute bolts on, and is removable so that that it can fit right under the exit chute of the oven.
Conveyors are available in sizes from 6” wide, and up, with lengths to fit your specific needs. Feel free to contact us with your specific needs.
