Versatility. Furnace Fixers, Inc. manufactures all our own ovens at our one facility in Schaumburg, IL. This allows us to “Custom Make” ovens to fit your specific application.
Each oven is completely tested, including a temperature uniformity check before shipment. Special sizes and equipment are easily accommodated. All ovens come with more standard features than any of our competitors, and are less expensive.
All our ovens are manufactured to make the most out of your energy consumption. Our ovens are lined with more ceramic fiber insulation than any other brand. The thicker the lining, the less heat escapes from the heating chamber, and the lower the operating cost.
Each oven is designed with practicality in mind. We have run into situations where another manufacturer advertises higher throughput in comparably sized ovens. This is because that particular oven has up to twice the wattage packed into the same area as ours. The problem is, you pay not only for consumption, but also on a demand charge basis, and most of us know how those peaks can affect our electric bill.
When we get an inquiry, we size an oven to fit your needs. We take into consideration how much area the product will displace, and how much energy is necessary to accomplish the stress-relieving task. In almost all instances, you run out of room before you run out of input. In those rare cases where more input is necessary, such as heavier wire, we design the oven accordingly.
Our ovens are built from experience in the commercial heat-treating industry dating back to 1954, not around some marketing degree. We may not be the biggest oven maker, but we are the best oven you can buy. We are a small family owned and operated company, where the same people that sell you the oven are the same people who design and build the oven. And we back each of our ovens with a solid 2-year warranty.
Standard features include Scissors Lift, Clamshell, 304 Stainless Steel Conveyor and Turned-Up Edge Belt, Overtemperature Protection, Process Alarm, and 2-year Warranty.
Optional features include Solid-State Relays (standard on our MKP-15 and larger); Exhaust Hoods, Electronic Air Filtration, and various methods for process recording.
Put your trust in Furnace Fixers, Inc. for your in-line oven requirements. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. |
